I am handling a claim where my insured rear-ended the plaintiff and we have stipulated that the insured is liable. Despite the low impact, the plaintiff is making a claim for medical bills. I would like to make an offer and settle this quickly, but I have not been provided with all of the relevant medical records.

Have you ever faced this situation before? How did you handle it?
