Per a telephone call on December 10, 2019, to a PLRB staff member, Rick Hughes, Building Inspector for the City of Woodbury, MN confirmed that that drip edges are not required but ice barriers are, and that information on the Table R301.2(1) is correct.  Minn. R. § 1309.0301.
