The City of Stillwater, OK has adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2015 edition. Stillwater City Code § 10-53 (amendments).
• The International Existing Building Code, 2015 edition. Stillwater City Code § 10-235 (amendments).

Residential Building Code

Oklahoma adopted a statewide mandatory residential code that will control; however, local governments are free to make laws more strict (with some limitations).See PLRB, Oklahoma Building Codes for more information on state level codes.
