Sterling, CO adopts the following codes:

  • The International Building Code, 2006 edition, including all Appendices except for  A, B, D, G, H, and K. Sterling, CO Muni. Code § 5-31 (adopted).
  • The International Residential Code, 2006 edition, including all Appendices except for E, I, K, L, M, N, O, P, and Q. Sterling, CO Muni. Code § 5-56 (adopted).
  • The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1994 edition, including appendices, tables, charts, lists, and maps. Sterling, CO Muni. Code § 5-16 (adopted).
