Overview

The city of Overland, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2015 edition. Overland, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.070 (adopted with amendments).
• The International Residential Code, 2015 edition. Overland, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.100 (adopted with amendments).
• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 edition. Overland, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.090 (adopted) with amendments § 500.100.
