- The International Residential Code, 2006 edition, excluding Chapters 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42, and Appendices A, B, C, D, F, G, I, K, L, M, N, O, and P.

Contacted Alan Baker, Building & Septic Inspector, (6/12/2020) who informed us that "Ice barrier is not required, however it is strongly recommended."
