Overview
No municpal code or building code for Osseo could be found online as of July 10, 2014. Even if no codes were adopted by ordinances, Wisconsin has state codes that would apply.
Wisconsin adopted its very own residential building code by regulation. See Wis. Adm. Code § SPS 320 (accessed 11/11/2013). In other words, it has not adopted the IRC.
