Overview
The State Code of Florida requires that all municipalities and counties within the state enforce the most current (5th edition, 2014, effective 06/30/15) Florida Building Code, including Building (Appendices C, E and F), Residential (Appendices A and D) and Existing Building Codes, at a minimum.
