Table R301.2(1) of the International Residential Code, 2003 Edition, is hereby amended to read as follows:

TABLE R301.2(1)

R404.1.3 shall be amended to read; A design in accordance with accepted engineering practice shall be provided for concrete or masonry foundation walls when any of the conditions listed below exist. Where applicable, a standard design approved by the City may be used in lieu of a design from the design professional. Lansing, KS Muni. Code § 4-204 (amendments).
