According to Resolution No. 17-23, the county adopts the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2015 edition. Gunnison County, CO Resolution No. 17-23 (adopted) with amendments at Attachment A.
• The International Residential Code, 2015 edition. Gunnison County, CO Resolution No. 17-23 (adopted) with amendments at Attachment B.

Residential Building Code
