After researching, we were unable to locate the building code adoption ordinance.
as of Mar 28th, 2023 the ICC 2018 Residential, Building, Mechanical, and Fire Codes are now in effect.
Gilpin County, CO adopts the following codes:
- The International Residential Code, 2018 edition.
- The International Building Code, 2018 edition.
- The Energy Conservation Code, 2018 edition.
