Overview

Elba, AL has adopted the 2009 International Housing Code and the 1991 Standard Building Code, with amendments. Elba, AL Muni. Codes § 14-116 (IHC adoption), § 14-26 (SBC adoption) and § 14-27 (SBC amendments). UPDATE: Per an email received from Bryson Dear, Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer of Elba, AL, the 2009 IRC has been adopted. Residential Building Code
