Overview

Douglas County, CO adopts the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2021 edition, including Appendix C. Douglas County, CO Resolution No. R-019-124 (adopted) with amendments.
• The International Residential Code, 2021 edition, including Appendix M. Douglas County, CO Resolution No. R-019-124 (adopted) with amendments.

Effective June 30, 2023.

Residential Building Code
