Overview

Clearwater County, MN has not adopted the MN State Building Codes.

However, the Clearwater County Shoreland Management Ordinance § 1104 (Permits) requires all contractors or builders of a new structure, building that will change the outside dimension of the building to apply for a land-use permit.
