Overview

Centennial, CO adopts the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2015 edition, chapters 1 through 35 inclusive without any appendices. Centennial, CO Muni. Code § 18-1-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-1-30.
• The International Residential Code, 2015 edition, chapters 1 through 44 inclusive and Appendix Chapters A, C, G, H, and N. Centennial, CO Muni. Code § 18-2-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-2-30.
• The International Existing Building Code, 2015 edition, chapters 1 through 67 inclusive. Centennial, CO Muni. Code § 18-8-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-8.30.
