Overview
The town ordinances published online by the town does not include a link for Land Use Regulations, Chapter 1 – Building, Plumbing, Electrical and Heating and Ventilation Code.
The town enforces the UDC and the CBC. According to the DSPS the town is designated as a municipality delegated with the authority for plan reviews and all inspections for commercial buildings. (DSPS – List of Delegated Municipalities).

No provisions were found regarding repairs, alterations, or additions for dwellings. No provisions were found extending the UDC to buildings built pre-1980.

In case of a conflict between any provision of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, the NFP1 fire prevention code, and the International Fire Code, Appendix D, the strictest provision shall apply.
