 Effective July 1st, 2023, The city of Brighton will be enforcing the 2023 National Electrical Code.

• The International Building Code, 2021 edition. Brighton, CO Muni. Code § 15-4-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 15-4-55.

• The International Residential Code, 2021 edition. Brighton, CO Muni. Code § 15-28-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 15-28-50.

• The International Existing Building Code, 2018 edition. Brighton, CO Muni. Code § 15-46-10.

• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2021 edition. Brighton, CO Muni. Code § 15-42-10.
