Overview

After researching, we were unable to locate the building code adoption ordinance.

Berthoud, CO adopts the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2021 edition, including chapters 1 through 33 inclusive and appendix chapter I. Berthoud, CO Muni. Code § 11.1 (adopted with amendments).

• The International Residential Code, 2021 edition, including chapters 1 through 43 inclusive and  Appendix Chapters AF, AH, and AT Berthoud, CO Muni. Code § 11.1 (adopted with amendments).

• The International Existing Building Code, 2021 edition, including chapters 1 through 16 inclusive. Berthoud, CO Muni. Code § 11.2 (adopted with amendments).
