Overview
Baxter, IA has adopted the Jasper County, IA Building Code. Baxter, IA Muni. Code § 125.02 (see Chapter 25) as follows:
Pursuant to published notice and public hearing, as required by the law, the Jasper County Building Code (Ordinance No. 40A) is hereby adopted in full, including any and all deletions, modifications or amendments as may be made from time to time by Jasper County, IA.
