Overview

After researching, we were unable to locate the building code adoption ordinance.

Alamosa County, CO adopts the following codes:

  • The International Building Code, 2012 edition, in its entirety except for Chapters 27 and 29 and Appendices A, D, and H. Alamosa County, CO Resolution 2016-G-14 (Page 2) with amendments on Page 3.
  • The International Residential Code, 2012 edition, in its entirety except for Chapters 11, 25 through 27, 30 through 32, 34 through 40, and 43 and Appendices E, F, I, K, L, and P. Alamosa County, CO Resolution 2016-G-14 (Page 2) with amendments on Page 6.
