Alex Mavrelis, Donald Rondy, and Joseph Riley will examine the stages of a water loss restoration project, including classifying the water source, the various iterations of moisture maps, providing oversight throughout the restoration process, and managing complicating factors. This adjuster/expert team will prepare you to document a complex restoration project and untangle multiple commingled moisture sources through the use of case studies. After the webinar, attendees will be able to:

* understanding the stages of the assessment and restoration process;

* learn to drive the restoration process;

* explore how to ensure accurate restoration through the compilation of moisture maps, field and photographic documentation, etc.; and

* gain insight into the causes and extent of water exposure.
