PLRB 2025 Regional Innovation Summit
    The 2025 PLRB Regional Innovation Summit (formerly known as the Eastern Regional Adjusters Conference) takes place September 9-10, 2025 at the Embassy Suites Charlotte-Concord Golf Resort & Spa in Concord, NC. Registration is free, of course, to all member insurer staff, and Affiliate Member employees receive discounted pricing.
    The PLRB Regional Innovation Summit will feature industry professionals, innovators, and thought leaders exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) and technology are transforming insurance claims handling. This conference provides a platform to share innovative ideas, case studies, and demonstrations that showcase the impact of emerging technologies on claims processing, fraud detection, customer service, and the evolving role of AI and technology in claims handling and adjustment.
    The PLRB Conferences serve as a vital resource for staying informed on the latest developments in adjusting, legal matters, and technology within the P&C insurance sector. Our primary goal is to help you maintain your adjusting licenses and deliver exceptional service to your customers.
