The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) has posted the 2024 Catastrophe Reporting Form (CRF) for collecting claims and other relevant information from insurance companies following a natural disaster causing catastrophic damage in the state of Florida. If a natural disaster causes catastrophic damage in the state of Florida, all insurers and other regulated entities will be required to provide claims and other relevant information using the CRF.
