The Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner issued Bulletin 24-EX-8 [available here] in response to the state of emergency issued for a number of Georgia counties following Hurricane Helene.

An insurer, or employer who is a licensed adjuster in the state, or is a regular employer of insurance adjuster in Georgia may request emergency disaster adjuster status for Georgia Registered Staff Adjusters, Out-of-State Staff Adjusters, or Out-of-State Licensees.
