The Delaware Department of Insurance-Legal Unit issued Universally Applicable Bulletin No. 9. The purpose of this Bulletin is to summarize laws enacted during the 2024 Session of the Delaware General Assembly and signed by the Governor as of September 24, 2024. It is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be an exhaustive list or a detailed analysis.
