Membership Dues

PLRB assess dues annually based on the premium written by a member organization. For members reporting premium to AM Best, such as insurance carriers writing in the US, we will use that data to determine your annual dues. For members who do not report to AM Best, such as MGAs and MGUs, we will provide a form for you to report your premium to us so that we can calculate your annual dues.

 

Dues are assessed in the fall for the coming year using Direct Written Premium from the prior year (e.g., 2023 DWP is used to calculate 2025 dues, which are assessed in the fall of 2024).  We assess dues for Property and Liability lines of business based on the schedules below.
