Overview
The City of Lakeland Shores, MN has adopted the following codes:
- 1995 Minnesota Building Code, based on the 1994 UBC, including Appendix Chapters 3 (Divisions I & III), 12 (Division II), 15, 19, 29, 31 (Division II) and 33, with amendments. Minn. R. § 1305.0011.
Landfall Village, MN Muni Code § 1000.01 Subd. 1 (State Building Code Adopted) and Subd. 2 (B) (Optional Enforcement Provisions Adopted). See pages 27 and 28 of the pdf document.
Per previous conversations with PLRB in May 2019, the Building Official stated any inspections or enforcement are done with the current MN State Building Codes.
