After researching, we were unable to locate the building code adoption ordinance. Pulaski County, VA falls under the jurisdiction of the State of Virginia which adopts the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (VUSBC) (based upon the ICC body of codes). Va. Code Ann. § 36-105.

After researching, we were unable to locate the building code adoption ordinance. Pulaski County, VA falls under the jurisdiction of the State of Virginia which adopts the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (VUSBC) (based upon the ICC body of codes). Va. Code Ann. § 36-105.

Effective 09/04/2018, the state of Virginia adopted the 2015 Virginia Residential Code.
