Overview
The City of Fifty Lakes' Land Use Ordinance mandates the use of a land-use permit to be approved for any and all new buildings or structures constructed, converted or enlarged. Further discussion of the requirement can be found here § 3.06.01 (Permits Required). (See pages 12-13 for authority).
