Overview

The city of Ham Lake, MN has adopted the following codes:

• 2007 Minnesota Building Code, based on the 2006 IBC.  Minn. R. § 1305.0011. 
• 2007 Minnesota Residential Code, based on the 2006 IRC, including Appendix K with amendments. Minn. R. § 1309.0010.
• 2003 Minnesota Guidelines for the Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings, based on the 2000 IEBC with amendments. Minn. R. § 1311.0010.

The State Building Code is the standard that applies statewide for the construction, reconstruction, alteration, and repair of buildings and other structures of the type governed by the code..
