Overview

The city of Desloge, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2006 edition. Desloge, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.010 (adopted) with amendments at § 500.020.
• The International Residential Code, 2006 edition. Desloge, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.110 (adopted) with amendments at § 500.120.
• The International Existing Building Code, 2006 edition. Desloge, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.060 (adopted) with amendments at § 500.070.
• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2009 edition. Desloge, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.160 (adopted) with amendments at § 500.170.

Existing Buildings

Existing buildings, meaning buildings that were built in accordance to code at the time of construction, typically merit extra consideration in a current updated code.

The city adopted appendix J of the 2006 IRC, also the International Property Maintenance Code, 2009 edition, applies. Desloge, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.160 (IPMC adopted) with amendments at § 500.170.

Commercial Building Code
