The State Code of Florida requires that all municipalities and counties within the state enforce the most current (5th edition, 2014, effective 06/30/15) Florida Building Code, including Building, Residential and Existing Building Codes, at a minimum (Appendix A, C, and D Building Volume, Appendix A Chapter 11 (Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction), Appendix A, B, C, D, and E Chapter 13 (Florida Energy Efficiency for Building Construction), Appendix B, C, D, E and F Plumbing Volume, Appendix A and B Fuel Gas Volume).
