Overview
Yuba County adopted some parts of the 2013 California Building Standards Code: the 2013 editions of the California Administrative Code (Title 24 Part 1), California Building Code (Title 24, Part 2, Volumes 1 and 2), California Residential Code (Title 24, Part 2.5), California Electrical Code (Title 24, Part 3), California Mechanical Code (Title 24, Part 4), California Plumbing Code (Title 24 Part 5), California Energy Code (Title 24 Part 6), California Historical Code (Title 24 Part 8), California Fire Code (Title 24 Part 9), California Existing Building Code (Title 24 Part 10), California Green Building Standards (Title 24 Part 11), and California Building Standards (Title 24 Part 12). Yuba County, Cal., Muni Code § 10.05.140. The adopted codes in Title X of the Yuba County Muni Code are known as the “Building Standards and Construction Codes of the County of Yuba”.
