The Town of Berlin, Maryland adopts Chapter One, Administration, of the 2012 International Building Code. Chapter One, Administration, of the 2012 IBC shall be the administrative chapter for the enforcement of regulating the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, removal and demolition of detached one- and two-family dwellings and multiple single-family dwellings, duplexes and townhouses not more than three stories in height with a separate means of egress and their accessory structures.
