Overview

Oak Ridge, TN has adopted the 2012 International Codes, with amendments, including the 2012 IRC (for One and Two Family Dwellings) and IBC. Oak Ridge, TN Muni. Codes § 12-1101 (IRC adoption), § 12-1102 (IRC amendments), § 12-201 (IBC adoption) and § 12-202 (IBC amendments).
