Codes § 12-101 (adoption) and § 12-102 (amendments). Forest Hills, Tennessee, adopted the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), including Appendices E, I, J, and K, with amendments. Forest Hills, TN, Muni. Code § 12-201 (adoption) and § 12-301 through § 12-306 (amendments). No adoption of the International Existing Building Code (IEBC) was found in the municipal code or the city ordinances; however, the state adopted the 2012 IEBC. TN ADC 0780-02-02-.01(1)(h).
