Overview

Clark County has adopted the following codes: 

• The International Building Code, 2018 edition. Clark County, NV Muni. Code § 22-05-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 22-05-30.
• The International Residential Code, 2018 edition. Clark County, NV Muni. Code § 22-05-10 (adopted). The county adopted this code with the Southern Nevada Amendments to the 2018 International Residential Code.

Residential Building Code

Nevada has yet to adopt a statewide residential code. Local laws will control.See PLRB, Nevada Building Codes for more information on state level codes.
