Overview

The city of Troy, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2009 edition. Troy, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.010 (adopted with amendments).
• The International Residential Code, 2009 edition. Troy, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.035 (adopted with amendments).

Residential Building Code

Missouri has yet to adopt a statewide residential code. Local laws will control.See PLRB, Missouri Building Codes for more information on state level codes.
