Comments

Norwalk, IA has adopted the 2012 IRC including appendices F, G and M. Norwalk, IA Muni. Code § 160.01.

Section R313.1 Townhouse Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems, of the International Residential code, 2012 Edition, shall be amended by deleting said subsection and inserting the following in lieu thereof.  Exceptions remain unchanged.

Section R313.1 Townhouse Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems.  An automatic residential fire sprinkler system shall be installed in townhouses containing more than 8,000 square feet.
