The ICC International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, 2018 Edition, as published by the International Code Council Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Residential Code of the village, for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions, terms of offenses thereunder of the ICC International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, 2018 Edition, are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set out in this article, with additions, insertions deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in other village ordinances which contain local amendments to national codes....
