After researching, we were unable to locate the building code adoption ordinance.

San Miguel County, CO adopts the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2018 edition, including Appendices G, I, and J, with amendments.
• The International Residential Code, 2018 edition, including Appendices A, B, C, E, F, G, and H, with amendments.
• The International Existing Building Code, 2009 edition.
