According to documents found, Grand County, CO adopts the following codes:

  • The International Building Code, 2015 edition.
  • The International Residential Code, 2015 edition.
  • The International Existing Building code, 2015 edition.

Grand County adopted the 2015 IRC, locally. Note that adoptions usually come with amendments. So, it is important to review those amendments in addition to the unamended model code.

There is no mention of the adoption of Appendix J of the 2018 IRC.
