Overview

Eagle, CO adopts the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2015 edition, with Appendices C, E, G, I, J, and K. Eagle, CO Muni. Code § 13.03.010 (adopted by reference) with amendments at § 13.03.020.
• The International Residential Code, 2015 edition, with Appendices E, F, H, J, K, M, and O. Eagle, CO Muni. Code § 13.04.010 (adopted by reference) with amendments at § 13.04.020.

Contacted Charlie Davis, Building Official, (5/05/2020) who informed us that ice barriers are required and stated, "We are in a severe weather climate zone, so yes Ice barrier requirements are enforced here in Eagle CO."
