Overview

Starting July 1st, 2023 the village of Cherry Hills, CO will be adopting the 2021 edition of the ICC codes. These codes include the IBC, IRC, IMC, IFC, IEBC, NGBS, IPC, IFGC, and IECC. The city will also be adopting the 2023 IEC. The amendments can be found here. In the meantime, the 2018 codes will remain in effect till the 1st of July. 

Cherry Hills Village, CO adopts the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2018 edition. Cherry Hills Village, CO Muni. Code § 18-1-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-1-20.
• The International Residential Code, 2018 edition. Cherry Hills Village, CO Muni. Code § 18-3-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-3-20.
• The International Existing Building Code, 2018 edition. Cherry Hills Village, CO Muni. Code § 18-2-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-2-20.

Residential Building Code

After researching, we were unable to locate the existing residential building code adoption ordinance.
