Overview

On 03/18/2019 Yuma County, AZ amended the Yuma County Comprehensive Building Safety Code to conform to the CIty of Yuma's Building Code.

Yuma County, AZ adopts the following codes:

  • The International Building Code, 2018 edition, including Appendices A, C, I, and J, with amendments.
  • The International Residential Code, 2018 edition, including Appendices G, H, J, K, O, P, Q, and S, with amendments.
  • The International Existing Building Code, 2018 edition, including Appendix A, with amendments.
