Limited Sponsorships Available . Property Loss Research Bureau/Liability Insurance Research Bureau, as a premier Insurance Claim educational organization, has recently expanded its activities in the distance learning business, providing distance learning modules addressing various claim topics to our members. More than three-quarters of the property casualty insurance claim industry are members of PLRB/LIRB and these modules are offered free of fees to employees of these member organizations. Over the next few months, PLRB/LIRB will release three new two-hour modules in a series of Adjuster-CE-approved educational modules. Four modules are currently offered free to our members and affiliates on the PLRB/LIRB web site, www.plrb.org. We are looking for sponsors for the next series of modules, typically affiliate members or claim service providers, to help underwrite the costs of production. Each module will have two sponsors. We anticipate releasing 7-10 modules per year. We are soliciting your sponsorship support of the entire module program going forward, rather than stressing sponsorship of any particular module. If you join us, you will be helping support the entire program. PLRB/LIRB will assign potential sponsors to particular module topics that are remote and distant from the sponsor's area of expertise or specific business pursuit. In this way PLRB/LIRB, as an industry-wide claims trade association, will foster complete neutrality and objectivity with regard to the educational integrity and content of the program. Our members will appreciate the benefits of this approach, and our sponsors will benefit as well.
What's Included? . Sponsorships cost $2,500 and sponsors receive the following benefits: Recognition of your firm through distribution of an electronic postcard to our members, announcing the availability of the new module. Each mailing will target a minimum of 25,000 claims professionals. Recognition of your firm's sponsorship and support through a follow-up electronic postcard to that same audience of 25,000 or more members 90 days after the initial promotion. Subscription to the PLRB Electronic Newsletter, distributed semi-annually (Spring and Fall) with current news of our Distance Learning Program.. Name listing of your firm on the module itself, as well as periodic advertising to our members through a variety of media.
