Constructing PLRB's Building Code Database
The PLRB Building Codes Department has added Rosendo Intengan as the Building Code Analyst.
PLRB Building Code Analysis
"Rosen began working at the PLRB in 2014 as a temporary employee, assisting with the management of the PLRB Search database," said Thomas Mallin, President and CEO, Property & Liability Resource Bureau. "After completing that assignment he transitioned to assisting with construction of the new PLRB Building Code Database."
Intengan graduated cum laude from Northeastern Illinois University with a B.A. in English and Philosophy, where he was co-captain of the 2009 NEIU Ethics Bowl debate team, which achieved fifth place in national competition. A U.S. Army veteran, he served as a medic from 2003 to 2004 during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
The PLRB Building Code Database is an on-going project to provide PLRB member insurance company adjusters with access to U.S. state, county, and municipal building code information. Adjusters using the password protected PLRB website, www.plrb.org, may enter a street address and retrieve the building code data for that location.
The Property & Liability Resource Bureau is a not-for-profit association of property and casualty insurance companies. It is located in Downers Grove, Illinois.
